Bransford Maxwell
Partner and Principal Broker
Bransford was born and raised in Nashville, TN. He attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He started out doing landlord and tenant representation with a focus on retail at Crest Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, TX. After a couple of years, he started InterContinental Real Estate Partners (ICREP) with three partners. During his tenure at ICREP, he began to focus on investment sales and note purchases. In December 2013, he separated from his three partners, and founded Chickering Capital, LLC where he focuses on investment sales, equity and debt placement, and note purchases. He moved back to Nashville at the end of 2017, and in January 2018, he founded and launched Dyer Management, LLC with Clark Lundy to focus on residential and commercial property management in Nashville and the surrounding markets. While continuing to expand Dyer Management, LLC, Bransford started a commercial brokerage firm called Voyager Real Estate Partners, LLC that focuses on commercial investment sales and leasing within Tennessee.

Clark Lundy
Managing Partner
Clark Lundy has over 15 years of experience in the development and construction industry and 8 years building new businesses. With a Civil Engineering background, Mr. Lundy has developed and managed over $1.5BB worth of Heavy Civil and Horizontal Development projects in North America. He previously managed a team of 35 Project Engineers, Managers, and Supervisors with projects ranging from Heavy Civil to Multifamily Developments and Redevelopments. At the end of 2014, Mr. Lundy created a new company to manage backend vendor support and payment processing, which later evolved into a full-scale development and property management company. He is a licensed General Contractor in Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas, and Alabama.

MATT RACCUGLIA
Partner / Director of Operations
Matt Raccuglia brings over a decade of property management expertise to Dyer Management, where he specializes in maximizing property performance and investor returns. Successfully managing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and short-term rentals, Matt leverages innovative technology and industry insights to drive growth. As Director of Operations, he oversees all operational aspects—from leasing optimization to large-scale community renovations. Drawing on his construction background, Matt ensures efficient project execution and delivers an exceptional experience for both clients and tenants.

Ryan Trotter
Affiliate Broker
Ryan was born and raised in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, he started out doing commercial brokerage covering retail, hospitality and multifamily while focusing primarily on the tourism driven Sevier County, TN market. In 2002 he moved to Knoxville, TN and founded Trotter Real Estate & Development. This began his focus on the leasing and development of grocery anchored shopping centers. In the years that followed, Ryan was involved in the leasing and development of over 1.5 million square feet of retail space. This experience helped forge strong relationships with national and regional tenants such as Food City, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Marshall’s and Subway. Since moving over to Dyer Management, LLC, Ryan has finished Phase 1 of a Food City and Marshall’s development in Pigeon Forge. He continues to work on new locations for Food City among other retailers around the Southeast. Outside of retail, Ryan has assisted in site selection for a multifamily and assisted living developer in the Nashville, TN market.

Emma Glenn Macon
Property Manager
Emma Macon was born and raised in Brentwood, TN, and went on to attend the University of Tennessee, where she earned her degree in Business Management. She started with Dyer Management in July 2023 as a leasing agent. In January 2024, she became a licensed Affiliate Broker and real estate agent, expanding her knowledge in the property management and real estate industry.
She’s passionate about creating a positive and seamless experience for clients, tenants and guests, and enjoys helping people feel comfortable and understood throughout their rental experience. She’s excited to continue growing in the real estate and property management industry and looks forward to all that’s ahead!

Austin Norman
Property Manager
Austin joined the Dyer Management team in January of 2025. Austin is a Licensed Affiliate Broker in Tennessee who has spent his most recent years focusing on acquisition and investment sales. Austin grew up in Cleveland, TN and enjoys flipping houses for his family business, following sports, culture, and current events.
