What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Dyer Management Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made outside of 60 days prior to checkin will receive a full refund.
Any cancellations made inside of 60 days and 30 days prior to checkin will be subject to half of the total refund.
No refunds will be granted on cancellations made inside of 30 days prior to check in.

Can I Check In Early Or Check Out Late?

Yes! Subject to availability on the day of check in. Check back with us closer to your check in date.

To ensure everyone has a great experience we do stick to the 3pm check in time as well as 11am check out times.

However we have you covered if you need to get your trip started and drop off your bags before checking in at 3pm.

Is There Parking?

For Our ApartaHotels:

For the Lee ApartaHotel and Studio 16 there is private parking behind the buildings that is free to our guests. There is no assigned spots once in the lot.

Please see your check in information for more details.

For The Lofts @ 107:

The parking garage is located at 210 Commerce St.

As getting around Downtown Nashville does not require a car, we will only validate one exit for the garage.

Please enter the parking garage and take the ticket from the machine. (DO NOT LOSE THIS TICKET)
Once inside the unit there will be a sign that has a barcode sticker in with it.
Please place this ONE TIME USE sticker on the parking ticket that you got from the machine where it states “Place Sticker Here”.
When exiting the lot please place the parking ticket with the sticker attached into the machine, this will read as validated and your balance will be zero.

For All Other Properties:

Yes, all of our properties have parking included. Please see your check in instructions for details specific to your stay.

Why Was I Charged When I Chose Pay Later?

We have a required deposit of one night stay.

Our system automatically takes a deposit that is fully refundable if you were to cancel anytime 48 hours prior to arrival. The deposit is fully applicable to your total amount due. We don't have a formal front desk or reception to take payment so we will take the final amount owed 24 hours prior to arrival when check in instructions are being sent to your email. Thanks.

Do You Allow Conceal And Carry In The Property?

Yes

We allow conceal carry. However, please be mindful not to leave behind a gun. It needs to be in a safe place at all times. We’ve had issues with people leaving them in the past. Our units are in very populated areas so the actual need of a gun is minimal. Most restaurants and bars in Nashville do not allow conceal carry. So please respect those facilities.

Are Your Properties Pet Friendly?

For Our ApartaHotels:

The Lee ApartaHotel and Studio 16 are both pet friendly. There is a $50 non refundable pet fee and all pets can be no larger than 50lbs.

For All Other Properties:

Yes, SOME of our other properties are pet friendly. For properties that are pet friendly, there will be an icon under amenities on that properties page under Single Family Homes.

No, the Lofts are not pet friendly.

Do Your Properties Have Cameras?

If you are staying at the Lee ApartaHotel there is Luggage Storage on site for an additional fee of $5. Please contact us for instructions for the our onsite storage.

For All Other Properties:

We partner with Stow Station that is located at 171 1st Ave North, Nashville, TN 37201 and you can use the code Dyer25 for a discount.
